The GrainPlus screening machine comes with various options. You can add an inlet aspiration and a magnet to increase cleaning effectiveness. You can also add a dedusting system and choose from a wide range of screen perforations. A rubber ball cleaning system cleans the sieves while the machine is in operation. Moreover, the GrainPlus features an enclosed design and uses an exhaust air system. These characteristics all add up to achieve a high standard of sanitation and reduces the need for manual cleaning. The GrainPlus screening machine's free running sieve box is mounted on polyamide rods. This construction reduces dynamic loads on the frame and prevents vibrations, thereby prolonging the machine’s lifetime. High sanitation standards
All the machine parts touching the product can be easily accessed and cleaned via the maintenance flap on the front of the machine. A barrier between the inlet and sieving box prevents dust from escaping from the machine.
Choose from different configurations
You can order an optional inlet aspiration and optional permanent magnet in the outlet of the first grade product. With the inlet aspiration unit, wear and dust accumulations on the screen are reduced. The magnet helps to clean the grain more efficiently.
