Efficiency through modularization
A flour mill requires several airlock systems for separating conveying air from the product consisting of airlocks, cyclones and air collecting ducts. Until now, these were delivered as single components and assembled on site. But with our airlock module for mill pneumatics, all these components are pre-assembled as one complete module, making the installation on-site up to six times faster.
Key benefits
Significant height reduction
Positioning the air collecting manifold laterally saves 700 mm of height. It is possible to install a sifter with airlock table on the same standard 5-m floor. In the suspended MPPA design, the module's walkway enables convenient access to the components.
Up to six times faster on-site installation
In conventional systems, setup is split into various individual components, meaning installation on-site takes longer. With pre-assembled airlock modules, installation time at the customer’s site is greatly reduced, as much of this work is already done.
Hygienic design
Our machine has an optimized airflow and new duct design. Made of stainless steel and with a seamless connecting pipe, its quality-class-2 weld seams are food-use approved. Having fewer weld seams also contributes to its hygienic design.
